  6. What does BangerVersion do ?
  7.  
  8. BangerVersion writes the versionstring into filecomment. This is
  9. useful, if you have many LIBS or other files and get a new version
  10. (really new ??) of a file. You use this program on the new and old
  11. file and then you look only on the comment of the old and the new
  12. file. Well, now you know which will be the newest file.
  13. BangerVersion required OS 2.x or higher an written in assembler.
  14. BangerVersion is giftware. You can send me a postcard or money (etc.)
  15. Use it at your own risk ! (etc.)

  20. FILES/A/M,CSA=COMMENTSAVE/S,NDA=NODATUM/S,ONC=ONLYCON/S,ALL/S,QUIET/S

  22. FILES : one or more files/dirs
  23. CSA   : the old comment don´t destroy
  24. NDA   : version without date
  25. ONC   : only con print no save as comment
  26. ALL   : all files in subdirs
  27. QUIET : no message to shellwindow

  30. Here is a list of libraries that the program cannot identify:

  38. 4 files of 330 libraries of my own libs were not recognized.
  39. If you set the comment as "nicht möglich", BangerVersion will
  40. ignore this file. This is useful for the libs in the top-list!
